Susan has more than two decades of experience counselling younger adults, youth and children.  She has a BA (Special) in Psychology, from the University of Alberta, Canada, a Masters in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and is a Mental Performance Consultant with the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. Susan was a multi-sport athlete, competing regionally in volleyball, netball, field hockey and track and field. Susan has a private practice in Edmonton, Canada, and works with athletes from youth recreational to the senior Olympic level.



Nicolas has an extensive background in sport psychology and counselling.  A five-time member of the Canadian National Fencing Team, Nicolas earned his Masters in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle, after earning a Physical Education degree from the University of Alberta with a major in sport psychology. Nicolas’ special interests include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and sport and performance psychology. Nicolas is an avid cyclist (MTB and Cyclocross) and still fences at a recreational level.  Nicolas works with all levels of athletes.
