C4Success is an online, multimedia program designed to grow and strengthen your mental skills over time. It depends what you’re using it for: if you’ve got a one-time, high-pressure event that you’re preparing for—like an interview, an exam or a big track meet—you might use it everyday in the month leading up to the event to help you relax and stay focused.
If you want to grow skills over time, we’d recommend the “Three L” method: a little amount, a lot of repetition, over a longer period of time. Something like a half an hour, once a week for a year ought to do it.
